Terms and Conditions of My Thai Shop, established in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Version valid from April 1, 2014 

1 General 
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers of My Thai Shop. The conditions are for everyone and included on the website of My Thai Shop. On request we send you a written copy. 
1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions agreement. My Thai Shop reserves the right to change it. To the terms and / or conditions after the expiry of the term 
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions not recognized by third parties by My Thai Shop. 
1.4 My Thai Shop guarantees that the delivered product meets the contract and meets the specifications listed in the offer. 

2 Delivery 
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last. 
2.2 Under the rules of distance selling My Thai Shop will execute orders within 5 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered is out of stock or no longer available), or there is other reasons for delay, or an order can not or are only partially implemented, consumers will receive within 5 days after placement of the message order and he has in this case the right to cancel the order without penalty. 3 Prices

4. Term / right of withdrawal 
4.1 If there is a consumer in accordance with the Law on distance selling (Article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right (a part of) to return the goods within a period of 7 days without giving a reason. This period begins when the ordered goods are delivered. If the customer after this period has not returned the goods delivered to My Thai Shop the sale is a fact. 4.2 The right of rescission, as described in the preceding paragraph shall apply only to the goods and shall in no way relate to services where My Thai Shop is acting only as an intermediary or agent. 
4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

5. Data

5.3 My Thai Shop sometimes makes use of a mailing list. Each mailing includes instructions to remove yourself from this list 

6 Warranty and conformity 
6.1 The trader guarantees that the products and / or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and the existing legislation on the date of conclusion of the agreement and / or government regulations.

7 Offers 
7.1 Offers are not binding, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

7.4 Offers of My Thai Shop do not apply automatically to repeat orders.

8. Agreement 
8.1 An agreement between My Thai Shop and a customer comes into being after an order by My Thai Shop feasibility is assessed.

9 Images and specifications

10 Force Majeure

11 Liability

12 Retention of title

13 Applicable law / jurisdiction 
13.1 All agreements are subject to Dutch law. 
13.2 Disputes arising from an agreement between My Thai Shop and buyer, which can not be resolved by mutual agreement, the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, except My Thai Shop prefer to give the case to the competent court of subjecting the residence of the buyer, with the exception of those disputes that fall under the jurisdiction of a magistrate.
